This woman made my home purchase awful.  She is now the appraiser on a friend’s purchase and just pulled the same thing with them.  Not that either of us chose her, it was luck of the draw.  She cost me a fortune and I almost didn’t close because of her incompetence.  My lender and builder both were as furious as I was and they both said they have never seen an appraiser pull what she did. Now, my friend and her builder are in shock and furious too.  She is in the wrong line of work.
