Andrew Webber conducted the appraisal on 2/7 which was enough time for our original closing. On 2/8 he said we had to pay an additional $1,200 or wait until 2/22 for our appraisal results - EXTORTION! We were able to change our closing date. He also raised the fee from $700 to $800 because he said Hamilton was remote!
