AVOID THIS WANNA BE APPRAISER AT ALL COST. RUDE, SLOW, HATEFUL. APPRAISAL WAS ASSIGNED TO HER 3 WEEKS AGO AND I'M STILL WAITING WITH NO WORD. SHE WON'T ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS NOW. CLOSING WAS EXTENDED ONCE ALREADY FOR 3 WEEKS AND MAY HAVE TO EXTEND AGAIN. MEANWHILE I'M OUT $475 FOR A, GET THIS, "EXPEDITED" APPRAISAL. LOTS OF APPRAISERS OUT THERE, NO NEED TO USE THIS ONE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
