Used this company for an appraisal on a refi. Appraiser gave a number before leaving I looked at the appraisal when it came in at over a hundred thousand under what he said and what I know my house to be in this market. I had to battle with rocket mortgage to get a new appraisal they finally agreed bc this office said “people make mistakes”. The appraisal just came in at $110,000 over what Brian graham gave This cost me 5 weeks and an unbelievable amount of stress to dispute something that was completely wrong andreally it was obvious. I wouldn’t recommend this company for an appraisal!!! People do make mistakes but this was a big one considering this is what they do!
