Appraisal for a refinance on a custom home - came in 300,000 lower than an appraisal two years before (half the value). Even lower than town tax assessment. He seemed to miss the mark on all the value including waterfront view. His disposition is unfriendly and condescending. Feel ripped off for fee and left hanging.
