This company sent out an appraiser who I believe does not know what he is doing and lining his pockets by completing bogus reports. He exaggerated damage that was found on the siding of our house in order to force a return visit, which of course would accrue an additional charge after the repairs were completed.
The report was full of errors and misinformation. Including not listing a refrigerator on the property, which ironically we have two of. I guess I shouldn't be surprised of the level of his work if he missed seeing two refrigerators in the same house.
I would not recommend this company to anyone!
