It was very difficult to schedule with James. I was the one that chased him down to get things done. He was slow getting the initial appraisal done, it took over 2 weeks. For the appraisal to count we had to do a minor repair. We did the repair, and once again I was chasing him down to see the repair. He spent less than 1 minute in my house to see the repair and "Promised" me my lender would have it the next day. Two weeks later he went into the hospital. But my reappraisal wasn't turned in, so we had to wait until he got out of the hospital. It has been a full week since he got out of the hospital, and my lender still doesn't have it. All he had to do as uncheck one box, and add that the repair was done. Due to his ineptness we were hit with an $800 rate lock extension fee. He was a very nice person in person, but as for his work ethic I would call it far below a professional level.
