While John was organized with his report, the choice of weight given to houses in our neighborhood was backwards. John incorrectly stated that our best appraisal comp was not closed yet during the process, which would have boosted our home value significantly. John used incorrect dollar value adjustments for proximity to main roads & expressways, along with condition of homes and square footage for our neighborhood. John's appraisal stopped my family from refinancing, which would have shaved $500/month on our payments.
