Ordered the appraisal June 25th, our financier asked to expedite the appraisal, this man waited until the very last day of the 2 week time limit to appraise the home (July 9). We heard nothing for so long. Finally reached out and they said July 20th would be the day we get the report in. We didn’t get it until July 26th. But this was only after phone calls were made and ignored and eventually it escalated to management. When asked what the repercussions would be for just not doing your job, the response was “he will get a lower rating.” In any other occupation, you’d be fired for doing something like this. 0/10 do not go with this guy and I’m sorry if you had no choice and are now reading this just as upset and disappointed as we are. Good luck. This dude has cost us thousands of dollars just for not doing the one job he has.
