Very unprofessional, extremely rude, refused to fix blatant errors on the report. We paid a $575 rush fee that was on top of the normal cost of the jumbo 1004 and then he caused a
2 week delay in loan closure due to missing the report deadline.... Joe is officially on my blacklist and I have informed other mortgage professionals to never use him nor his company.
