She full on took a photo of a random water heater to satisfy that requirement when our house (being built brand new) had a tankless water heater...apparently walking upstairs to the utility room was too far for her to go look in...in my opinion I feel that constitutes fraud. She refused to look at the report to even address that question, let alone the laziness taken with the actual "comparable" properties used. I work within the industry and still can't comprehend the laziness this report was done with. DO NOT USE her or this company!!
