Used foreclosed property with extensive damage and listed in the midst of lawsuits, so a mortgage at the time of sale was unobtainable, against fully restored and renovated property after lawsuits had been resolved. In my opinion this was both lazy and unethical. Because of the low appraisal that is way below other appraisals and recent sales in the building we now have to pay PMI. Also, hard to schedule and not very flexible. I would avoid at all costs.
