BEWARE!
We live in a new development.  We live on a corner lot with a pond in the front of our home and the back of our home.  We put in over $10K with of upgrades, fence with puppy guard, crown molding, chair rails molding, gutters, all new lighting, faucets.  And, this appraiser pulled the lowest comps in the area.  She devalued our home!  Do not hire this appraiser, she does not know what she is doing! Concerned Customer
