She listed our house as a ranch style and it is clearly a 2 story colonial house, she listed our acreage as 1 acre when we have 2 acres, and she said we had carpet when we have wood floors throughout. The comps don't seem to be comparable at all. With these glaring errors and more that I didn't list, I wouldn't recommend her at all. Steer clear of this appraiser.
