This guy is a JOKE.  He was so focused on the fact we were taking out a loan to replace our roof that's all he could talk about.  He used a house on the market as a "comp".  I could list my house 100,000 more than it's worth - that doesn't make it a comp.  Comps are sales, not houses on the market!  The house on the market had half of the upgrades we have and he used the market price - 40,000 higher to compare to ours!  This guy should lose his license!
