POOOOOORRRRR!
This individual deliberately "LOW BALLED" our home appraisal, The Real Estate agent had been enough trouble from the other side of things already by doing illegal activities. Since we attempted to do a situation of for sale by owner, the prospective buyer had not enough to go forward on, and attempted to use FHA financing. This appraiser, in spite of numerous comparatives that were given to him, along with numerous properties which had recently sold in our area (Ingleside, IL), he deliberately appraised our home well below market averages, in spite of having originally purchased the home for $226,000.00, and originally listed the sale of the home "AT OUR REALTOR AGENTS INSISTING OF $219,000.00", in addition to having done over $50,000.00 of upgrades over the last five (5) years,(I understand market conditions are poor right now). This appraiser deliberately listed our Home at $40,000.00 below market price.
