Provided Marshall with an appraisal from 2 years ago and even with the current hot market in the Katy Texas area, he appraised the house 10% lower than the purchase price when it should easily be 10% over the purchase price with over 100K in upgrades installed over past 2 years.  What a joke!!! Do NOT use this guy if you want a fair appraisal.
