Rick has done several appraisal for our Realty Firm.  He is always on time and considers all aspects of the quality of the home.  He really looks for the best comparables to get you a true Fair Market Appraisal.  Having been in the business for 27 years I know a good appraiser when I see one.  If you want someone who does not take shortcuts you could not go wrong with Rick Nash
