This appraiser was asked to appraise our home. The appraisal came in $30k under what all of the recent sales in our development have recently been. There were also some incorrect facts found in our appraisal report. When the appraiser was asked to reconsider with additional sales not listed in the original report, as well as asking for some of the report details to be corrected to reflect more accurate information, the request was declined. We were told the original (inaccurate) report would stand. This was also done by driving by due to covid 19.
