Secretary is rude and hangs up on you when you ask for the due date to be confirmed. She doesn't seem to care if your report is late and the appraisal deadline is missed by a month. Turn times are NEVER accurate. Appraisals she has completed for us have been months over due. When we ask for an update on an overdue report she says "Oh yeah, I need to fit that in." Only recommend her if you are okay waiting half a year for a simple 1004 report.
