He went to appraise our house, he just went and take pictures and then he went off. But later on , his reports came , the value of the house is so low compared to the current market value!! and he did not take note on all the improvements we did for the house!! he did a lousy job ! paying 490 for just taking pictures!! do not ever depend on this guy in the value of your property!! He will low ball your house!!
