Tracy was hired by my bank to appraise my home for a loan.  She presented no credentials when she arrived.  She took photos of anything she though was unacceptable.  She apparently didn't do any research on other comparable homes in Louisville and did not offer a value to our property.  My tax value is over $200,000 and is on the National Register of Historical Homes. The bank only received copies of her photos, with the comment that the "collateral offered was not acceptable."
