Unsatisfactory work. Refusal to even look at all property grounds. Very rude personality. Inconsistencies within reporting. Failure to include all home dimensions, buildings (missed two large buildings completely in report), and differentiate land type. For example this appraiser will give the same land value per acre to prime tillable land as a ditch and wet lands. Comparables used are not appropriate as used homes 3 times the age with more then a 1,000 sq fr difference to only have small value difference. Mis classifications were common in report. For example she documented a two story barn a shed and took deductions in value since comparable had a barn. Not to mention the two buildings forgotten, attic on house and basement! I would not recommend this women to anyone and I will be making a claim with the Michigan board of appraisers regarding this unacceptable reporting as soon as my new appraisal for comparison to the state is finished.
