This appraiser did a lousy job. He did not recognize that the house being appraised was a three floor house. The third floor is not an attic. This is a legitimate three floor house. The house has a real staircase leading to third floor. The third floor has seven windows. There are two bedrooms up there, half a bath, walk in closet and two additional closets. The house was built like this.
The appraisal amount was outrageously low based upon how he did the appraisal and I question whether he knew what he was doing or what his overall purpose was.
Even the telephone number he uses is bogus.
He came three hours early for the appointment. I should have told him to come back. I was not even dressed.
I would never allow him to do another appraisal for me.
