The reason for me to go and file a review is to warn others than getting services from this appraiser.
Her knowledge is poor, and she is not up to date with the market.
quality is poor - as the comps were not apple to apple comps
Appointment - she was late, and when she came she spend 3-4 minutes to my entire house, didn't even look at all rooms and baths.
i made a mistake not reading reviews - next time i absolutely will do better before get spend the money.

* this reviewer had 3 - 5 dentists before.
