Mr. Taft came to my house over two hours late for an REO appraisal and never apologized for his tardiness. He spent an entire 15 minutes at my property with most of that time in our master bath with the door locked. I figured that as long as the report was done by our deadline, who cares, right? After three weeks, I called his office and talked to his girl, Mary Sue, who told me that they were very busy and would get to it when they "get to it.". Very rude. She sounded like a bitter, red-neck, know-it-all with very, very low IQ. The report was eventually turned in at the end of August, despite his inspection being in June. I wouldn't hire this firm to appraise a pile of manure (something these people are probably intimately familiar.
