Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and do not use this unprofessional business. They are not honest, wont admit that they screwed up and caused someone to lose the sale of their house because of Stubbs mistakes and don’t have the balls to tell the truth!!!!! This is a piece of garbage company and I recommend not using Stubbs Valuation!!!!!

STUBBS VALUATION IS THE WORST APPRAISERS EVER!!!!
NATE STUBBS (owners son) USE OLD COMPS ON MY HOUSE WHEN APPRAISING MY HOUSE AND GOT THE ROOM COUNT WRONG! HIM AND HIS DAD WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM (THEM), THEREFORE I LOAT HE SALE OF MY HOUSE! DO NOT USE STUBBS U LESS U WANT TO LOAE THE SALE OD YOUR HOUSE!!!!
