Accepted an residential appraisal for a rental propety. He set two appointments and cancelled both within 30 min of each visit. This was a rental unit, so not only did the owner have to be available, but the tenent had to leave. Third time was the charm. He was there for 15 min took photos and had a lovely conversation with the family. Then 4 days later he tells the appraisal management company that he never made contact with the owners and would have to cancel the order if a new due date (20 days out was not agreed to). The owners had already paid a rush fee and this joker already done the inspection and had full conversations with people while doing the inspection!!! Now, he is costing thousands in rate lock extentions and owners are planing to file a law suit. I agree with them and he needs to have licensed revoked!
