This appraiser is not qualified to appraise homes of high values. Underestimated my property by a wide margin when neighboring homes have sold for well over his appraised value. What a joke. Latest close was just 2 weeks ago so at a minimum, do your homework and look at recent sales. Even with the recent drop in home prices, the differential is not 40%.
