I have worked with Rob for all of my appraisals since I started in the business in 1986.  His attention to detail and his knowledge of southern California trends and property values make him spot on every time.  I am always impressed with his professionalism and work ethic.  In addition, I always ask my clients about their experiences with the people I select to work with them.  I have NEVER had a bad review of Rob.  End of the day he is the best when it comes to appraisals.  Thank you Rob!!!!!
