I believe this is a fraudulent business. My husband and I paid CherylAnn in full at the time of the appraisal. She originally said the report would follow in a week. We have not been able to speak with her since the appointment. After multiple attempts to reach her by phone and email, she responds only with brief email responses, putting off the report deadline a few more days each time. It has been over 4 weeks since the appointment and several "missed" deadlines. This company is not registered with the BBB, no one answers the phone listed on the website. Lesson learned: be careful who you do business with.
