Just to anyone considering this Appraiser, very poor job. Do not pay attention to detail or consider upgrades at all. I suggest not to use, I made the mistake, and I had to pay another to come and appraise more accurately. First off brought children with her to appraise my home and also she only took 12 minutes to be exact for ridiculous amount of money did not get money worth at all,but did with the next appraiser that was real tho row and did thee job correctly
