In my opinion, he is THE WORST APPRAISER that you want to hire.
His valuation of my property was almost one million dollars less than the other appraisal.

Very bad appraisal with incorrect comps

We recently did an appraisal for our purchase and he came up with 300K less than the list price though homes in that location has been selling for 200K over the list price. His comparables were not apples to apples and did not do variance with other type of homes. He does not take into account the acreage as well in his valuation. Wouldn't recommend him

Poor quality appraisal and only care to make his quick bucks. Run away.
