I sold 3 properties in 2021 that Mr. Santucci appraised and each appraisal came back at the sales price or a little higher. I always try to meet the appraisers on properties my firm sells and each time that I have met Mr. Santucci, he showed up at the scheduled time and was extremely friendly. Since the market has been so fast-paced, it has been critical that the appraisals are returned to the lender as quickly as possible and he has always turned in his appraisals in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Daniel Santucci.

As a realtor we reply on appraisals and quick return of them in order to get to the closing table. My clients ordered the appraisal and after waiting for 3 weeks for the appraisal report to be submitted and our closing date having to be moved due to the appraisal report not being submitted my clients and I had to try to get in touch with him in order to see what the hold up is and when it would be submitted. He told me that is was going to be done that day ,which was not so the following day the lender and my client got in touch with him and he said he promised he would have it submitted by that day. His lack of communication and the attitude of “his doing us a favor “ by doing the job he was paid to do was unacceptable. I
