This man is very unprofessional! He was very rude on the phone and via email. Instead of trying to explain his position and why he can/cannot do certain things according to regulations, he would rather yell at new agents who are just trying to do their jobs. I would not recommend using this man for any appraisal needs. There are plenty of knowledgeable appraisers in the area, who have much better attitudes.
