This company couldn't even see I had a 40,000 dollar solar system. Compared my home to the slums with a low ball value. Improper square footage, acted like my home needed a full renovation when I had just done a 140,000 dollar remodel within three years. I wouldn't hire him to do an appraisal on my dog house. Beware if he comes to do an appraisal on your home, he will most likely miss most of it when valuing your home. I have had Two appraisal in the past, the most recent listed my home at 2750 sq ft, and the one prior 2830. He listed y home at aprox. 2550. Guess I threw away 200 sq ft.
