I had a horrible experience with this appraiser
he low balled my home. When i had several other people telling me my home would sell 10,000 dollars more than he appraised it. Not to mention all the homes in my area where selling for a lot of money much smaller than my home, with smaller or no yard. When i complained it seemed everything was done to make sure he could proof me wrong. And i know right now if i sold my home another appraiser would come in at thousands of dollars higher. It was a very negative experience I would not recommend him at all.
