You can get an appointment and pay $500 for this appraiser to hide behind Dodd-Frank and use the property sale price his pre-conceived biases for the appraisal.
Appraised $71,000 and C5 when another certified appraiser 2 months prior appraised $85,000 and C4.  Used lowest value properties could find to support his findings and then hid behidn Dodd-Frank refusing to review.
