I had a loan fall through and the new lender needed a rush appraisal in order to close the sale. David was prompt, was accepting of comparables that I provided for consideration (though he did tell me that he could not guarantee that they would be utilized in the report) he was very thorough in his inspestion and provided a quality report that did not need revisions (which is often not the case) which streamlined the entire process. It was a pleasure meeting Dave.

He did a very poor job appraising. He came in very low with his appraisal and used comps over a year old, when we had better comes that matched up with the price from within 6 months!!! I will never recommend this guy to anyone unless you want to be screwed out of a deal. He wasted my time and my clients time. Than when you try to get ahold of him he can't be reached. HE IS A HORRIBLE APPRAISER
