This individual incorrectly appraised our residential property. It does not appear that he knows how to perform his job according to current industry standards. His reports and analyses were unprofessional and did not include relevant, valuation information specific to our property and comparable properties. His valuations, com parables, and adjustments were way off. This is possibly a fraudulent appraiser working with lenders to purposely get property undervalued for the lender benefit. I would definitely not recommend his services to consumers or lenders.
