He is horrible, the reason we all hate appraisers. Was at the house for 20 mins, took 10 pics, and left. $400 please. This is why anyone can be an appraiser. All you have to know is how operate a digital camera (like my 7yo daughter). Avoid him all costs, he will devalue your house faster than you can say "get out of my house".
