I'm in the middle of an appeal on my listing right now. Eric made several mistakes on the subject property such as: listed the property in the wrong neighborhood so of course the comps he used are wrong. He took pictures of all three bathrooms, but listed the property as only having two on the appraisal report. Listed the poured concrete foundation as masonry foundation. Totally excluded the "basement", even though it's above grade and can be counted as living space. These mistakes all impact the value of my listing, his low, mistake-ridden appraisal is making my transaction extremely difficult.
