Erica Krantz appraised my home incorrectly. She put house was a raised ranch when it is a ranch with walk out, she put sq footage way smaller than actually is she put we only had 4 bathrooms when we have 4 full baths and 1 with toilet and sink. She also only put that we had 3 fireplaces we have 4 (3 gas and 1 electric) She also put that we had unfinished basement when we have a 100% finished basement with kitchen and full bathroom and recroom. There are several other errors she made
Erica refuses to correct her errors and will never return a call if you have questions.
I would never use this company or recomend anybody else use them either. Erica Krantz is very negligence in her appraisal skills and should not be licensed.
