Eugene Mayfield is the definition of incompetent. He clearly doesnt know anything about home value or construction and the state should be ashamed this guy has a license. He is very unprofessional and kept referring to himself as an "inspector". He made a comment that a new roof adds no value to a home but thinks uncut grass is a material defect. How somebody that thinks that can be trusted to adequately value anything is beyond me. Hopefully he gets his license revoked to add a little respectability back to the profession.
