Easiest Appraisal we have ever had! I have a very busy work schedule and Eugene was extremely acomidating to my schedule. The weather was absolutely horrible with feeezing rain sleet turning to snow and he still made the 20 mile drive to keep our appointment. Eugene was extremely professional, prompt and provided a very fast turnaround. Highly recommend him.

Gene was friendly, on time, and did great on our appraisal overall. We have had another appraiser before but Gene is definitely the best. He knows what he is doing.
