Horrible appraiser who LIES and does not do thorough work. I question whether he even goes into the homes to do the appraisals, but suspect he just writes something up real quick and collects his inflated fees. DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISER IF YOU VALUE YOUR HOME AND WANT AN ACCURATE APPRAISAL. HE IS A SCAMMER AND A LIAR AND CHARGES A SMALL FORTUNE FOR DOING NOTHING.

Highly incompetent and unethical appraiser. Does not do ANY research on comps, neighborhood upgrades, etc. Writes reports that are full of lies and errors. He should not be allowed to have a license to do appraisals!! DO NOT USE THIS PERSON TO DO APPRAISALS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! He gets paid big money to do little to no work and he's a liar.
