We had a terrible experience with this appraiser! It’s caused our closing on our home to be pushed back after it was already scheduled. He appraised low and made a fuss about a minor issue (a dryer vent missing a panel... a five minute fix) at his final appraisal which was not even mentioned initially! Run... do not walk away from this appraiser!
