If you can avoid this appraiser do it at all costs.  She is spiteful, incompetent and refuses to fix mistakes even after presented with evidence to the contrary.  She is mistake prone and unprofessional.  She cost me and my family over $60,000 when she refused to adjust the price to account for over 300 square feet that she missed while appraising and several other inaccuracies in the report.  When she was notified of the mistake and asked to correct it, she did not.
