FREAB general meeting; failure to retain for a least five years original or true

supporting data assembled and formulated by the appraiser in preparing
appraisal reports; violated a Standard or Rule of USPAP; and failed to exercise
reasonable diligence in developing an appraisal report. Effective 9/12/05.
