I was referred to Mr. George Burke by Tax Compliant Agency. LLC, who I now know has a "F" rating with the BBB.
Mr. Burke was very anxious to come out to do an appraisel of my home for an appeal with the State regarding property taxes. He showed up and took pictures, measurements etc. I paid him $250.00, and stil have not seen or received an appraisal from him.
I have tried to call him numerous times; of which, no answer and no return call. I had others call him and state they need an appraisal, and he called them right away, but will not call me.
I am in the process of filing a law suit against him. Do Not Use this Appraiser. Thirsty for money with no results.
He was the first appraiser called, and has really put a bad taste in my mouth regarding appraisal practices within Cuyahoga County and surrounding areas.
